Uses:

P 500 Suspension is used to treat fever and pain.

Directions For Use:

P 500 Suspension may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before use. Use appropriate measuring cups to give your child the exact stated dose.It is usually best taken with food otherwise it may upset your stomach. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

Q. What if I vomit after taking P 500 Suspension?
If you vomit in less than 30 minutes after having a dose of P 500 Suspension tablets or syrup, retake the same dose again. If you vomit after 30 minutes of a dose, you do not need to take another one until the next standard dose.

Q. How often can I take the P 500 Suspension?
You should only take four doses of P 500 Suspension in 24 hours. There should be a gap of at least 4 hours between two doses. Do not take P 500 Suspension for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor first.

Q. Can i take P-500 Suspension 60 ml with other paracetamol containing products?
You are not recommended to take P-500 Suspension 60 ml with other paracetamol containing products as it may cause paracetamol overdose.
