Cogniza 90mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of stroke, head injury, and Alzheimer's disease. It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines, depending on the illness it is being used for.Cogniza 90mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body.
